Day 1 — Sun

Arrival to Kiev. Meet and greet by your local guide. Transfer to the hotel “Dnipro”.

City tour and St. Sofia Cathedral.

Kiev is a beautiful city with its centuries-old history and rich culture. The tour includes a visit to Vladimir's Cathedral, St. Andrew's Church, the picturesque Podil and you will examine magnificent mosaics and frescoes at the St. Sophia Cathedral, the oldest temple in the Eastern Slavonic states. It was built in the beginning of 11^th century to glorify the victory of Prince Yaroslav the Wise over Pechenegs' tribes. You will enjoy amazing view of two golden-domed monastery complexes while walking along the Sophiiska and Mykhailivska Squares.

Day 2 — Mon

Breakfast at the hotel.

Tour to Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Cave Monastery with visit to Gold Treasury museum.

UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. It has been the centre of Eastern Orthodox Christianity in Eastern Europe from 1051. The site is 70 acres in size with 11 Churches and religious structures. Underground vaults shelter 123 Saints resting in coffins for many centuries; today the relics are worshipped by thousands of Christians from around the world. The great Golden Bell Tower can be seen from miles away.
